The Training Program addressed to the new faculty members, was implemented from 25/09/2023 to 09/10/2023 with a duration of 30 teaching hours, of which 12 with distance learning and the remaining 18 hours with study of material from asynchronous distance learning platform. Trainer of the program was the Professor of the University of Patras, Thanassis Karalis.

The sections of the program were as follows:

- University Pedagogy in Greece and internationally.

- CTL and professional development of teaching staff members.

- Educational techniques in live and distance education.

- Educational needs analysis and formation of an educational plan in the academic units.

- Teaching with distance learning systems.
